To forego any damage from chewed carpet ect. you may want to consider boarding one or both of them until he can be neutered. It may be cheaper than repairs. :D

Feed the male dog Keystone Beer. That should eliminate any "feelings" right then.

I can't say that that would be advisable. But if "said owner" were to drink a few extra - he might not stress out so bad. :D:D

Just don't feed any to the female. It is known to lower her inhibitions. (and standards)
I don't even think the dogs would lower their standards to drink such piss as Keystone!!:p

Mamma dog and boy boy aka Jack Rufous have now been sterilized. Omg... this was almost as bad as the whole birthing deal. Sure hate seeing my dogs unhappy.
I dont think they mated so that is good, but damn you should see the hole in the bedroom carpet, its literally big enough to trip over (16x8 if its an inch):). My step son locked the boy boy in the master BR yesterday and well the rest is history. Not mad at the dog, its my fault oh well.
Carpet is replaceable! :D:D
I sent you a PM on the pain stuff.....

Not seeing the PM. Yea dont care about the carpet, its 13 years old and want my doggers to be older than that so..
Dang if the incision on the boy boy is a hack job looking deal. Seems like the stitches are already pulling apart and he has been chilled since I picked him up. Glad I did it before the weekend so I can keep an eye on them. Just another over worried pet owner right? :o

Don't know what happened to the PM - but the gist of it was give 1/2 of a baby aspirin (81 mg) with a small amount of food if they need something. I suspect they will do fine if you vet used some pain meds in the preop.
