I am seriously considering riding my bike to work these days. I'm getting tired of $70 fill-ups every week! I wonder how long I'd be able to keep it up? :D

Thoughts?

I keep wanting a new car but the Eclipse is getting 33 mpg so it will be hard to give it up with gas over $3.00 a gallon now.

I might go purchase the motorcycle first.

I was thinking the same thing. Something low end and fuel efficient.

I've never really cared for those. (Believe it or not :D ) - I'd really like a Lava Red Road King Custom.... but they're way out of my price range!

Until I get this house sold everything is out of my price range.

Here's an idea:
Let's ride around today and take up all the new home signs along the road and stencil over them with your info and put them back.... :D:D:D

How far is the drive/peddle to work? I really like the old honda trail 50's. Collectible and get about 70 mpg I believe. My buddy has some for the nascar races and they really are the bomb to ride, street legal yet fun too. Hell with that peddling stuff but if its a short distance and safe I suppose ...

I thought of that - but it looks like a "liquor cycle" - Don't want folks thinking I've gotten a DUI! LOL

WOW! 5 minutes from work and you spend $70 a week in gas? Good god man! I thought Big Foot got better gas mileage than that?

That might help you out a lot! Getting rid of the Navigator was the best thing I did, but driving the Saleen, I cannot keep my foot out of the throttle! So I am back where I Was!

Except for the "burn-out" part. Which I must say was a little embarrassing. :o
