Somebody pointed out to me today that I've been a little lacking in updates on the sites main page. I must confess I've been busy with patients and the site has suffered :o.

So, lets have some suggestions.

Nice idea. I would kick in some ideas but I rarely win things. Maybe some flea/tick type med would be nice though. Sounds like JR could use some;)
